Matt Smith has worked in the automotive business for thirty years and over this time has accrued a wealth of experience in both the buying and selling of cars and also in providing high levels of customer care.
He spent the early part of his career working in a wide variety of customer facing roles in MG Rover dealerships, and in his work Matt has gained unique insights and understanding into the stresses and strains customers can face when purchasing both new and used cars. After the demise of MG Rover in 2005, Matt established his own dealership in Astwood Bank where - using all of his experience of customer care - he created a friendly and relaxed environment without any of the pressure usually found in franchised motor dealerships.
Since opening, the business has enjoyed year-on-year success and built up an enviable reputation for providing high quality service and customer satisfaction. Matt now has a considerable customer base who are very satisfied and appreciative of this professional yet relaxed and friendly service.
With the increasing role of the internet in buying and selling cars Matt has decided to move with the times, and so has recently relocated to a new site without the overhead costs of showrooms and large used car stocks, and with these economies Matt will ultimately be able to provide customers with better value.
